When is it?

Saturday, November 3rd? mark it on your calendars ? we?re two weekends away!!
Bring your systems over any time that week ? come early and stay late!
Brewing will start about 8:00 am or 11:17 Jamison time, whichever comes first.

Sacrifices and offerings have been made to insure a beautiful brewing day? we?ve arranged for mid 70?s and partly cloudy ? just the way The Woogie ordered it!!

What is it?
?
Knights take a day from their busy lives and spend time together brewing.? We?ll have all kinds of different systems working that day, making all kinds of wonderful beers.? Club members bring their systems, brew beer and enjoy a day, night, weekend of food, beer and festivities.
?
We encourage everyone to participate ? doesn?t matter if you?re brewing on high end all grain system or a coffee pot ? Let?s Brew!!
?
Bring snacks, bring beer, bring a friend or two!!? We?ve got the whole day, all night and most of Sunday to play!!

Do I have to brew?
?
No.? If you can?t brew or spend an entire day, please feel free to drop by as your schedule permits.? We?ll have all kinds of good things to sample and lots of things going on ? you?re welcome to stop by for a few minutes or spend the day brewing.? Have some friends interested in homebrewing?? Bring them along!!
?
We?ll throw some goodies on the smoker and the grill.? We ask everyone to bring a side dish or snack if you can? and let?s chat it up a bit so we don?t end up with 20 different types of potato salad and nothing else? although there isn?t anything wrong with potato salad!!

Where?
?
Woogie?s place? 928 E Mitchell St, Arlington
?
It?s a red brick ranch located about a block and a half to the EAST of the intersection of Collins and Mitchell streets in Arlington.? Mitchell runs East/West and is about a mile south of Division ? it?s a lighted intersection ? you can?t miss it.? We?re at the top of the curve in the road ? about a mile before the place where the old Davis?s barn burned down 100 years ago? you can?t miss it.

We?ll hang the KOBB banner over the garage doors just in case you haven?t been here before? There will be at LEAST one white and one red Jeep sitting in the circular drive.
?
As usual, the gates open early and parking is always free.? Due to the current economic climate, we will NOT offer valet parking this year.? DO NOT give your keys to the labs? they love joy riding and we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged property.
?
The front door will be open, so come on in and wander to the back yard.? If you ring the doorbell, you will be subject to a full body search by the Black Labs.? Security provided for by Big Frog Security and Glock USA.

Why?
?
Why not?? It?s not like we need an excuse to brew or drink beer? or do we?? If so, this is it!? Get your kitchen passes in order, drop the kids off with relatives? or bring them along? there?s a big back yard and plenty of dogs to keep everyone busy!

Mark your calendars, get out your brewing books and start thinking about what kind of beer YOU want to be enjoying!!
